What is a Great Place To Work (GPTW)?

In India, there are a total of 1.5 million** registered active companies, and CIEL is proud to be among the 21% of organisations who applied and actually got certified by GPTW. Thus, putting CIEL among the elite 0.05% of the registered active companies who have been certified by Great Place to Work® Institute.

GPTW assessed 4000+ organizations in India and certified 850+ companies* as a Great Place to Work. They provide more than 40 types of benchmarks and assess the employee response of the organization with the best companies to work for.

GPTW Certification Criteria

GPTW gathers data using what’s called a Trust Index© and Culture Survey. Trust index helps in getting anonymous feedback from employees on 5 aspects, whereas Culture survey evaluates the quality of people practices of an organization.
