Acceptable Use
The client may use this service for Profile Sourcing, Validation, Interview coordination, Follow-up & Background verification services.

Restrictions:
(i) Take screenshots, make notes, copy content from CIEL Rapid & its associated websites & publish in any other media.

(ii) To access this site via means other than what is provided.

(iii) To disclose any information of the profiles listed here to a third party other than the user & end-user.

(iv) To modify or copy the service provided.

Ownership & Intellectual Property:
CIEL owns all the intellectual property rights to the site, services & materials on the site, including any notifications & updates the client may receive. 

Security:
CIEL uses industry standard protocols for data security & privacy. However, CIEL cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized or third-party hacking, access, use, alteration or disclosure of the Client’s data or personal information.

Terms:
This agreement will commence on the date that the Client first registers for the services & will continue through the subscription period. 

Termination:
CIEL reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the client breaches the terms of this agreement & has no obligation to give any notice.

Indemnification:
CIEL agrees to defend, indemnify & hold the client harmless from any damages, penalties, liabilities resulting from third-party claims alleging that the client’s use of the platform as permitted in this agreement infringes the third party’s patent, copyright &/or trademark intellectual property rights

Client agrees to defend, indemnify & hold CIEL harmless from any damages, penalties, liabilities resulting from third party claims arising from:
(1) Client’s breach of this Agreement;
(2) Client’s negligence or willful misconduct;
(3) any content client uploads or shares through the Platform;
(4) any disputes client may have with any candidate.

You agree to share information entered on this page with CIEL HR SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (owner of this page) and Razorpay, adhering to applicable laws
