• Refund requests can be raised within 3 days from the date of payment.

CIEL Rapid Schedule Plan

• If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 3 days from the date of the last interview scheduled by CIEL Rapid.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timelines.

• Requests made beyond the eligible period will not be considered.

• Approved refunds will be processed as per standard payment timelines.

• Taxes, government levies, and bank or payment processor fees (where non-recoverable) are non-refundable.
